IS YOUR TRACKPAD DANGEROUS? -- HOW TO SAFELY FIX YOUR LAPTOP QUICK & EASY

IS YOUR TRACKPAD -- NOT WORKING -- FIX IT ASAP! We easily fix one of the common reasons Touchpads and Trackpads stop working for laptops. Our Razer Blade Laptop's touchpad stopped clicking, and for months, we had no idea why. It wasn't till we opened it up and found the real reason many Laptop Trackpads stop working. In this video, we deep dive into how to easily DIY repair this within minutes, and why you should do this repair ASAP. Doing this repair yourself will feel amazing, you will keep laptops out of the landfill, and you could even increase the price you get reselling a newly repaired laptop. It might not be obvious at first, but if your Laptop's Lithium-Ion (LiPO) battery gets old, it might swell, and on a number of laptops, the battery is directly underneath your trackpad/touchpad. This swelling puts mechanical pressure on your touchpad/trackpad and prevents it from clicking. If your trackpad has stopped clicking or is becoming increasingly difficult to press, a swollen battery may be the issue. Anticipating this issue, we open up the Pink Razer Blade Quartz 15 and replace the battery. This was an easy fix, and within 30 minutes, we had the laptop repaired, and the trackpad was clicking like new. We refurbished this older laptop to keep it out of a landfill and to sell it to a new user, hoping they will enjoy it for a few more years.
